I’m from SINGAPORE, and first fell in love with movement when I attended my first dance fitness class at 32! Soon after, fitness became my full-time vacation. When I suffered a degenerative spine 10 years later, I was fortunate to be introduced to Pilates. From then on Pilates became an integral part of my life as a movement teacher.
Among the many milestones along my journey as a fitness professional, I got my bachelor in Sports Science, introduced Piloxing to Singapore which subsequently became a national and eventually a regional phenomena in Asia and subsequently, obtained my official Pilates qualifications through Polestar Pilates and certified through the National Pilates Certification Program (previously the Pilates Method Alliance). I have also developed a specialized Release and Rejuvenate™ program to help people with sports or medical injuries.
I believe movement is medicine and I have witnessed this over the years, teaching a wide variety of fun-filled classes, covering cardio, strength, balance, flexibility, mental wellness to a wide audience from 4 to 90!
